Delete your account

In the app

1. Sign in to Storimi Events (on your phone, tablet or the web).
2. Open Settings (in the menu under your name, or under More on a phone) and go to the Account section.
3. Choose Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

What is deleted

• If you are the organization's owner: the organization and all its data — venues, halls, catalog, customers, bookings, payments, invoices, contracts, expenses, staff, tasks, stock, photos — and every user's sign-in.
• If you are a team member: your sign-in. The business keeps its own records (bookings you made, tasks, your staff profile).

Data is removed from our live systems straight away; copies in backups expire within 30 days. Records the law requires us to keep are kept only as long as required.

Without the app

Email privacy@storimi-events.net from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my Storimi Events account”. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

من داخل التطبيق

1. سجّل الدخول إلى Storimi Events (من الهاتف أو الجهاز اللوحي أو الويب).
2. افتح الإعدادات (من القائمة تحت اسمك، أو من «المزيد» على الهاتف)، ثم انتقل إلى قسم الحساب.
3. اختر حذف الحساب، وأدخل كلمة المرور، ثم أكّد.

ما الذي يُحذف

• إذا كنت مالك المنشأة: المنشأة وكل بياناتها — القاعات والأماكن، والقائمة، والعملاء، والحجوزات، والمدفوعات، والفواتير، والعقود، والمصروفات، والموظفون، والمهام، والمخزون، والصور — وحسابات دخول جميع المستخدمين.
• إذا كنت عضوًا في الفريق: حساب دخولك فقط، وتحتفظ المنشأة بسجلاتها (الحجوزات التي أنشأتها، والمهام، وملفك كموظف).

تُحذف البيانات من أنظمتنا فورًا، وتنتهي النسخ الموجودة في النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 30 يومًا، ولا نحتفظ إلا بما يُلزمنا القانون به وللمدة المطلوبة فقط.

بدون التطبيق

راسلنا على privacy@storimi-events.net من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، بعنوان «حذف حساب Storimi Events». نؤكد الطلب وننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يومًا.
