Installing it

The app isn't signed by Apple or Microsoft yet, so the first time, your computer asks you to confirm that you want to open it.

On a Mac

  1. Open the file you downloaded, Storimi-Events-1.0.1.dmg.
  2. Drag Storimi Events into the Applications folder.
  3. Open Storimi Events from Applications. If macOS says it can't verify the app, choose Done.
  4. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security (System Preferences → Security & Privacy on macOS 12), choose Open Anyway beside Storimi Events, then Open. You do this once.

On Windows

  1. Open the file you downloaded, Storimi-Events-Setup-1.0.1.exe. If your browser says the file isn't commonly downloaded, choose Keep.
  2. If Windows says it protected your PC, choose More info, then Run anyway.
  3. Follow the setup. It installs for you alone, with no administrator needed, and puts Storimi Events in the Start menu and on the desktop.

What the desktop app does

  • Everything the web app does

    Bookings, payments, events, your team and reports, laid out for a computer's screen, in English and Arabic.

  • Open when the internet isn't

    It keeps a copy of everything you may see. When the connection or our server is down, you can still look up bookings, payments and events; changes wait until you're back online.

  • Your data, protected

    The copy is encrypted on your computer, holds only what your role lets you see, and is erased when you sign out. Screenshots and screen sharing of its window show black.

How do I update it?

New versions are posted on this page. Download the new one and install it over the one you have.

What can I do while I'm offline?

Read everything the app saved the last time it was online — bookings, customers, payments, events, staff and more — except photos, which show again once you're back online. A banner says since when the saved copy dates. Adding or changing anything needs the connection.

Does it cost extra?

No. It's part of every plan, like the web and phone apps. See pricing.

طريقة التثبيت

لم يُوقَّع التطبيق من Apple أو Microsoft بعد، لذلك يطلب منك جهازك في المرة الأولى أن تؤكد رغبتك في فتحه.

على جهاز Mac

  1. افتح الملف الذي نزّلته، Storimi-Events-1.0.1.dmg.
  2. اسحب Storimi Events إلى مجلد التطبيقات.
  3. افتح Storimi Events من مجلد التطبيقات. إذا قال macOS إنه لا يستطيع التحقق من التطبيق، فاختر تم.
  4. افتح إعدادات النظام ← الخصوصية والأمن (تفضيلات النظام ← الأمن والخصوصية في macOS 12)، واختر الفتح على أي حال بجوار Storimi Events، ثم فتح. تفعل ذلك مرة واحدة فقط.

على جهاز Windows

  1. افتح الملف الذي نزّلته، Storimi-Events-Setup-1.0.1.exe. وإذا قال المتصفح إن الملف لا يُنزَّل عادةً، فاختر الاحتفاظ.
  2. إذا قال Windows إنه قام بحماية جهازك، فاختر مزيد من المعلومات، ثم تشغيل على أي حال.
  3. اتبع خطوات التثبيت. يُثبَّت التطبيق لك وحدك دون الحاجة إلى صلاحيات المسؤول، ويُضاف Storimi Events إلى قائمة «ابدأ» وسطح المكتب.

ماذا يقدّم تطبيق الكمبيوتر؟

  • كل ما يقدمه تطبيق الويب

    الحجوزات والمدفوعات والمناسبات وفريقك والتقارير، بتصميم يناسب شاشة الكمبيوتر، بالعربية والإنجليزية.

  • متاح حين ينقطع الإنترنت

    يحتفظ بنسخة من كل ما يحق لك رؤيته. فإذا انقطع الاتصال أو تعطل الخادم، تستطيع الاطلاع على الحجوزات والمدفوعات والمناسبات، وتنتظر التعديلات حتى يعود الاتصال.

  • بياناتك محمية

    النسخة مشفّرة على جهازك، ولا تضم إلا ما يسمح به دورك، وتُمحى عند تسجيل الخروج. وتظهر نافذته سوداء في لقطات الشاشة ومشاركتها.

على هاتف أو جهاز لوحي؟ استخدم Storimi Events على iPhone وiPad وAndroid، أو من أي متصفح.

كيف أحدّث التطبيق؟

تُنشر الإصدارات الجديدة في هذه الصفحة. نزّل الإصدار الجديد وثبّته فوق الإصدار الذي لديك.

ماذا أستطيع أن أفعل دون اتصال؟

تستطيع قراءة كل ما حفظه التطبيق آخر مرة كان فيها متصلًا: الحجوزات والعملاء والمدفوعات والمناسبات والموظفين وغيرها، عدا الصور التي تظهر مجددًا عند عودة الاتصال. ويوضح شريط أعلى الصفحة تاريخ النسخة المحفوظة. أما الإضافة والتعديل فيحتاجان إلى الاتصال.

هل له تكلفة إضافية؟

لا. فهو جزء من كل باقة، مثل تطبيقات الويب والهاتف. انظر صفحة الأسعار.
