By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout on our website. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, so the charge and the receipt come from Paddle. Organizations in Egypt can also pay in Egyptian pounds by InstaPay or bank transfer.

Your plan renews every year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; you keep full access until the end of the year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Yes, at any time. The change is prorated for the rest of your current year. Every plan includes every feature; they differ only by hall count. To add a hall past your plan's limit, move to the next plan first: from 1 hall to 2 halls, from 2 halls to 3 halls, or from 3 halls to 5 halls; past 5 halls, ask us for the price of the plan for more than 5 halls. You can't move to a plan that covers fewer halls than you have, and halls you already have are never removed. A year already paid on the former 3+ halls plan keeps no hall limit until it's renewed.

When a paid year ends without renewal, you keep full access for a 7-day grace period. After that (or at the end of the free trial, if you haven't chosen a plan) your organization becomes read-only: you can still sign in, see and export your records, but not add or change anything until you subscribe. نعم، في أي وقت، ويُحتسب الفرق بالتناسب مع ما تبقّى من سنتك الحالية. تشمل كل باقة كل الميزات، ولا تختلف الباقات إلا في عدد القاعات. ولإضافة قاعة تتجاوز حد باقتك انتقل أولًا إلى الباقة التالية: من باقة قاعة واحدة إلى باقة قاعتين، أو من باقة قاعتين إلى باقة 3 قاعات، أو من باقة 3 قاعات إلى باقة 5 قاعات؛ وبعد 5 قاعات اطلب منا سعر باقة أكثر من 5 قاعات. ولا يمكنك الانتقال إلى باقة تغطي قاعات أقل مما لديك، ولا تُزال القاعات الموجودة لديك أبدًا. والسنة المدفوعة بالفعل على باقة «3 قاعات أو أكثر» السابقة تظل بلا حد للقاعات حتى تجديدها.

عند انتهاء سنة مدفوعة دون تجديد، تظل خدمتك كاملة خلال مهلة سماح مدتها 7 أيام. بعدها (أو عند انتهاء التجربة المجانية إن لم تختر باقة) تصبح منشأتك للقراءة فقط: يمكنك تسجيل الدخول والاطلاع على سجلاتك وتصديرها، دون إضافة أو تعديل حتى تشترك. وتبقى بياناتك محفوظة، فلا يُحذف شيء بسبب عدم الدفع. ولحذفها انظر طريقة حذف الحساب.
